Our Technology

Clean Emissions' catalyst technology features a unique honeycomb structure for higher than industry standard results!

Comparatively speaking, other traditional catalysts utilize a spray or dip method to apply the catalyst coating. This process results in only a fraction of the substrate receiving the proper amount of catalyst coating and also results in uneven coating which can lead to blocked cells. The result: poor catalyst performance and higher backpressures.

Unlike the competition, Clean Emissions Products Inc. utilizes a unique, proprietary process whereby the stainless steel catalyst is coated as a flat piece before it’s configured into a honeycomb structure, guaranteeing a catalyst coverage on our stainless steel substrate of 100%. The result: higher than industry standard emission reductions and virtually no backpressure increases, as clogging of cells is virtually eliminated.
